Yes. It does not matter in what language your chat is. You are able to create the book and keep the original chat language. We support all languages.

Yes. Chatella uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer), a connection that guarantees the highest level of protection and is also used for online banking systems. The data is stored encrypted on our servers and you are the only one able to read the chat. Moreover, the process of the book creation is fully automated, which ensures that no one can read your chat messages. You can delete the data on our server anytime with one mouse click. After 30 days your data will be deleted automatically from our servers (after your confirmation).

We ship worldwide. We have printing facilities around the world which ensures that the book is printed close to your home and delivered quickly!

The books are produced on demand, therefore the delivery time depends on both production time and shipping. If the delivery location is within the EU or USA, the delivery time is 8 to 10 days. If the delivery location is outside of EU or USA, the delivery time might take up to 15 days.

For technical reasons the minimum amount of pages are 24. If you have less than 24 pages, Chatella will automatically insert empty pages in order to reach the 24 pages limit. The maximum amount of pages is 1100 (hardcover book) and 500 in a softcover book.

You can pay with credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) or PayPal. In some countries it is also possible to use wire transfer as payment method.

All videos and voice messages will not show up in your WhatsApp book.

Yes. You can edit the complete chat and correct spelling mistakes. All you have to do is to activate the "Edit mode" and you will be able to correct all messages.

Yes. If you want to use a background style or text font, which are missing in our selection lists, we will add them for you. Just write an email to us on address: info@chatella.com and attach the picture of the background and/or the name of the font you want to use. We will add them for you and contact you as soon as we are done.

The PDF file is in A4 format and contains the cover, dedication message and the chat content. There is no limit on the number of pages a PDF backup file can have. Click here if you want to see how a PDF file created by Chatella looks.
